Donations
Donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal’s own secure pages; we never see or store your card details. Gifts to Spark Troops, Inc. support our programs generally unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. Donations are not refundable, though if something has gone wrong please contact us and we will put it right.
